A harp isn't that bad idea for an Event reward / uthalis.

I know, and i guess most would like it but as the past showed badly kind of unrealistic...

Well I personaly don't like such events like "In zone xyz is this and that" cause mostly some High RR grps will farm you ;P

Sorry, but I really have to put a longer comment in here.
Events like yesterday are TOTALLY destroying the Uthgard playing for me, and I will figure out some main faults.

I don't know, who won this event in the end, because as a working citizen you had no chance. It started all really nice and we had some really nice fights. Great, the idea was okay and everythink went smooth. But in some moment Hibernia (we) managed to get a bit of an "Overhang" so I thought we would win this event, nothing like this happened for me.

At once a godlike Casi appeared and nuked us (and I believe the other realms too) down like a madman. What was this about? If you wanna play "Godlike" and be "Unstoppable" go and play Unreal Tournament, the only answer, casting on him brought i9nstant death. It may have really been a nice event if you played this overequiped GM Toon, but for me and most of my comrades it was not. And I REALLY dont get the point of a GM intervening in THIS manner in an MMORPG. But..... I sticked with it.

4 hours later, about half past 12 CET. I dunnow how, but we managed to take the 2nd keepdoor down. But, I mean, if u have doors like IRON, a mad GM on the roof and tons of Albs waiting to farm you, why shouldnt a Keeplord with the stamina of 2 Dragons be there. This is so ridicukous. So (to get to work today) I had to quit and had a really ****** sleep.

What means too, ALL Uthalis of 4 hours were collected in BG by Treasurer, so for people NOT able to stay till, lets say 5 in the morning, there was no reward at all, not to be mentioned the possible 700 Bonus Uthalis. So, if you really wanna give those stuff out to ONLY Jobless players or players on vacation, just tell this before. I mean, this is no problem, cause one becomes used to this practice. I just wouldnt have spent my evening in this event for pure madness and a hand of dust.

Really, tha basic idea was great, and I liked the mass of mobs in keep and so on, old Thidranki again, great. What upsets me is this "I am the almighty GM and I give you...." behaviour and the policiy of giving out the rewards. And I tell you: Up to now, I guss more events in THIS manner will stop some people including me from playing Uthgard.

P.S.: Casi, If u wanna play God, why didnt u hit in as the Phoenix figure from TOA, I mean coding this would surely have no problem and this would have been even more imbalanced and impressive!

Well Goldbeere - the Eventtime wasn't a realm problem in my eyes...
Sure 1.30 am is late for european (german) time - but you forget that the american community part grows aswell - the event was possible for players from both timezone - it could have been worse!

Idk how old you are, but... young people don't die if they sleep less once... I mean its friday - you can still sleep a bit longer today

I did really like the event... well beside the fact some brainalb was for sure missing... me leading is worst thing that can happen
WTB Griselda XD (or annother new brainalb.... anyone? )

Btw. 12 Albs won 5 Uthalis each... I mean... It's not like we won much - still it was fun & some rp's... I saw a lot of new faces there - which is good

In the end this event just hands out some overpriced items, bought by the once who already have enough reskins. No casual player will ever get more than 50 uthalis which he can sell to some rich guys who get their cloak reskin. Gratz
