Support requests in terms of GMCalls are now also available on IRC. Over the past weeks it happened that players asked for GMs to help them in #uthgard or they couldn't login.

The appropriate bot is called "[Uth]Support" and reacts to the trigger "!callgm text".

GMCalls can be posted in #uthgard or in a query with the bot.
All of you who like frequent tests: Abuse will be punished, like ingame.
