Minor issues
Specific developers and world builders have been assigned to these projects. This works best for work flow and quality of production, too many hands in one project can cause cross-issues. This also means that if you see minor issues being fixed it does not equate to these issues not being worked on. But this also means that if the main project developer/world builder is absent for some time, the project will move slower or halt to a stop for a while, but you should be aware that we try to keep these down times to a minimum.

Players should take note that whilst these projects are major; they are an essential part to your playing experience. We are doing our up most to get this work done as soon as possible and relaunch the server for you. At this time we do not project (though cannot guarantee) any other stoppers. Uthgard will be ready for yours and our enjoyment soon.

Legitimate question here...

What caused all this stuff to break that wasn't broken in Uthgard 1.0? I suppose I don't understand why so much of what was already working now doesn't seem to work anymore.

Actually Most of the things were broken and just stuck together by duct tape.

E.g. the dupe was real in uth 1.0.

Pathing wasnt real. Mobs just ran towards you in a straight line ignoring terrain.

All this is rebuilt from scratch

How about the relic guard bug? Does this need major rework or is it a simple fix

It should be a minor fix (if we are thinking about the same issue). This would not be a stop for a relaunch at this point though.

Thanks for the news
It does not sound promising to me for a near launch though. You should get more people involved if you lack man power due to absence. I see it is tricky in the coding part but it's possible. For the world building I don't see a problem in just increasing man power. If your major world builder stops working I don't think Uthgard should stop working on world build. To my mind world build is straight forward especially including new epics so get some people who are motivated to do that and get it done.
Nevertheless thanks for working on Uthgard

Even if it were just small talk the updates are NIIIICE. Sucks about the inventory issue. Looks like its 2017 launch after all.

Thanks for all the work and for the update.

Been having fun messing around with Elite Dangerous so guess I will get a chance to play with the new updates before Uthgard release. Glad you all are taking the time to get it done right. Wish more paid game makers would do the same.
