where is Kez

I can't find that bastard, according to this map he should be in the lower left corner of dartmoor, either in one of those little valleys or north from Kaq. However I simply can't find him. I killed him lots of times in the past but that is year or maybe more ago so I can't remember where exactly was he. Could someone give me a hint? Or did he just not spawn?

he's in a tent just besides qac, or kul, in some crusher camp, it's a hard sopt to solo, those buggers aggro as soon as you see them..
