The only two specs i really see for max utility on a caba are 28 body, 32 matter, 33 spirit, which gives you 3rd aoe dot and yellow ns..or 34 body, 25 matter, 33 spirit..which gives you yellow aoe disease and higher haste debuff..not that the caba haste debuff is any good
so you're basically trading resist rate and variance for a better nearsight and slightly higher DoT..opinions? |

Dot is useless in endgame rvr and +/- 10% on NS doesn't make any difference really. Landing disease more easily and having better damage on lifedrain matters a lot more.
