Im trying to make a cheap-esque INF template using 99% items because i cant afford MP yet and was wondering if someone could help me with one?

I have a 99% leather set along with two 99% weps and would like to keep it until I get to 50.

ultimately, i would like to have high stealth and 50 overall envenom as well as high enough weapon.

doesnt have to be maxed though, must functional

does anybody have any ideas on what I could SC it as?
