any changes for scout with ne ra's?

biggest impact I think will be:

No MOS so assassins will get the jump on them more often
less people with purge --> slam is more useful

without mos, a scout is a kind of "useless" :/

No, it isn't. The old school way of making scouts useful was to invite them in group, have them hit truesight > disband them. Worked like a charm for easy stealther RPs at MGs. :grin:
