hi, i would like to run following Setup and lf ppl who can at least run 3x/week after 9pm (GMT+1)

ts is required and ofc finished template and basic skills eng or german :)

well just pm me or post in this forum with charname, and days u could run. I will be daily after 9pm on for any kind of questions.
