Hello everyone,

my friend and I decided to start on Uthgard yesterday and I realize now how it is hard to get things done without any money at all.

We are both level 10 in recruit armor and have about 1g to our name....not enough to buy a weapon or armor to be able to level.

How do people get started on this server? We are playing reaver/mins, I suppose a caster duo would fare better with no armor but still...ways of getting money seem pretty scarce

Anyone have any tips or would be willing to help 2 newbies out?

use the free trainer chestpieces from the capital city
once you get lvl 20+ its important to get a crafted weapon with a proc

It is doable. I leveled my friar to lv25+ with the recruit armor. (except the torso from the trainer)
But having two AF-Buffs helped a lot.

Just bought a new weapon now and then. Most Crafter will just take the material costs if you take first try.
