I played a ranger from Day 1 for about 18 months and had awesome fun especially in all sneak groups at AMG (on Iseult I think - that's a LONG time ago) Then I had about 3 years as a healer on Mid/Kay in a guild called Fury - and that was just fantastic - I even used to go solo RVR sometimes (Bluree the minstrel how I hated/loved you).

But my dad always said "you can never go back" because it won't be the same (He was talking about rl not DAoC - he was more of a CS/AA guy anyway) So, knowing that I can't recreate the old days I have decided this time I will go Alb.

This has definite pro's - because it is surely the best looking bunch and reading through these forums you seem like a friendly lot. I just wanted to say g'day and excuse any stupid questions you hear from me =) Not sure what to play yet, I am gonna have a bit of a go at everything during Beta. I'm trying to ignore the part of my brain that's saying *go cleric* for now but well who knows. Gonna roll a minstrel first so I can learn the lay of the land so if anyone has any links to Minstrel info circa 1.65 that would be great!

So yeah - Hi Albs!

Welcome to Albion. I recommend contacting one of the guilds that are recruiting here on the forums and hopefully they will be able to show you the ropes.

You can always PM me as well if you have any questions.

Hello, and welcome to Albion! If you still haven't found a guild that is the right fit for you, you're free to check out our guild recruitment thread on this forum. If you'd like to check out our website as well, it's our guild name, followed by (dot)com (can't post external links currently). I hope you enjoy it over here! :)
