Hi there. Me and my friend are going to start playing together today. My friend wants to play Theurigist and I am undecided with what to play. I don't really like spellcasting but I do like melee and ranged.

I'm considering Armsman/Scout/Merc/Paladin/Friar

I really would appreciate some help with deciding my class.

They are all fun to play, but i suggest not to start as scout, it is kinda hard to level with him. All other classes do very well with a theurg, so you should decide which class you enjoy the most.

PS: as pala/ theurg duo you'll realy easy find groups or at least it is a good start to form one for yourself but merc, arms and friar are also fine.

Paladins and theurgists are the backbone of every melee XP group (along with a cleric ofc). So those 2 classes will make nice combo to start your own groups.

Actually i realy like scout, but i would not recommend this class for beginner - thats all.
