Saeors Impaler DF Bubble proc thruster?

Curious if this is an active drop in 1.65? It had a cool black glow with a bubble proc on it, was an amazing off hander back in the day. I just forget when it was nerfed/removed..

On Uth 1.0 it was a rare drop. one friend got it on the hib, the Brilliant Dagger of Soulshade
The Saeors Impaler only had a dot proc, and it has a high ID number and the waybackmachine only dates it until 2004... so i guess no bladeturn drop for alb :-/ edit.: there comes the alb version : http://camelot.allakhazam.com/item.html?citem=14538 |

Hmm weird. They must have changed the proc to a DoT as I can remember using them on my Inf back in the day with the bubble. Damn this 15 year old game and my failing memory!
