Considering PLing one as a casual zerg/PUG 8v8 toon... but I don't wanna be constantly sitting around LFG. Thoughts?



:: EDIT :: Lemme clarify a bit... I wouldn't mind playing a Cleric if it gets me consistent action. However, there are other things I'd rather play if Clerics aren't all that needed - hence the post

Depends on the time of day. So many people leveling via focus groups, that I generally see plenty of Clerics around. A few more doesn't hurt, but it isn't always an insta-invite. I still have issues finding groups.

You talking PvE or RvR here? Not sure...

I definitely think there is a lack of Clerics in RvR. When we were all leveling up our mains in PvE, most groups only wanted 1 Cleric because of the great pets Albion has access to, and I think that discouraged a lot of them. Nowadays, lack of Clerics is the #1 limiting factor when my guildies are trying to form a pug. Having a lvl 50 Cleric doesn't mean you'll never have trouble finding a group again, but it's probably the easiest char to get a group on, atm.

What he said is basically my experience.

You are more needed than most other classes, but being a Cleric isn't going to be a surefire group invite in PvE/PvP all the time. I spent my fair share of time looking for a group - but I also occasionally get people sending me tells asking for help for various things.
