Caster temp armor procs

Hey guys. I was looking for advice on caster temp armor procs - specifically for Cabalist. Do most people just put all ablatives on every piece? Is there a better proc to use on specific pieces of armor?

Anything that is cast on the enemy upon hit has a chance of breaking a root on them and probably isn't going to help much anyways.
I'd toss ablatives on everything you can then keep some 99% pieces with whatever charges you want as well. Swap the piece, use the charge, swap back. Satanic Panic - Cleric
