As Race u can pick briton or highlander booth have they adventages. Briton has more dex at start so he can cast a little faster but highlander has more cons and what is more important, highlanders are not first targets for the players wich only look on race name in target window ^^

good is 15 dex and 10 accu or whatever u want in fact the points u can give at the start dont mean much its more how u play ur char

My favorite spec at lvl50 is 44 enhance a30 heal 9 smite, there are no autotrain points

and for crafting make alchimist for crafting mana pots u surly will need lots.

u played till 6lx and your cleric have 15dex/10piety

Highlander is best way for a cleric, I'd say go for 15 dex/10 piety here because there is no +25% to power pool here (thank god for no ToA).

As a spec 42 enh, rest heal should also work great, shearing is win. =)
