I decided I would did my scout out of the bottom of the toy box and I've been having a pretty good time on him. But his ra pts and spec currently make no sense at all. by pve i mean grouped high end raiding (taj 2, GK, etc...). I could use some feedback on how i should set him up.

RAs:
hes RR 3L0 because i had dinged him out of thid by accident once when farming ellyll a long time ago. I can maybe get a few more points on gaurd tasks, but im still only looking at 20-30 realm skill pts to work with. currently he has lvl 2 in all sorts of random passives, so an ra respec is in order no matter what.

Right now im thinking the highest level of falcons eye i can afford, with whatever scraps are left thrown into aug dex. or should i split dex/FE more evenly? im looking at no longwind, unless i happen to gain a spare pt from tasking.

SPEC:
hes autotrained, so i have the max pts to use. curent spec is 40 bow/44 thrust/42 shield/25 stealth. for pure pve i see no need for 44 thrust, and only limited value to stealth. obviously 50 bow is the way to go for max dps. but what to do with the other pts?
Option A: 50 bow/50 shield/31 thrust/4 stealth (50 shield, thrust rear style)
Option B: 50 bow/42 shield/39 thrust/13 stealth (thrust side style, scraps in stealth. or same thing with 41thrust/6stealth)
Option C: 50 bow/31 shield/50 thrust/4 stealth (highest dps for bow or melee, but crappy guard)
Option D: 50 bow/42 shield/29 thrust/29 stealth (more or less conventional spec. passable stealth might help for moving around taj).

right now im leaning towards option A. with some consideration to option B with 41 thrust so that I can melee mobs i aggro.

----------
Template: right now hes in a junk crafted suit that more or less caps everything. im probably gonna keep him that way. only consideration would be redoing a suit for better procs. should i go for all dot procs for pve? or should i consider heal proc BP from hungry?

B- with MOB 2-3, perhaps Falcons Eye 2-3 and perhaps IP or FA for those 'oh ish' moments as this will be strickly a PVE toon. no need to go 50 shield and the extra DPS will help for positionals

I played Scout a few times in Taj2, but you really need him only for churiel (+sortrom). So the casual rvr spec will be fit in good. 50 bow, 42 shield, 35 stealth rest weapon. You only use your bow, for block you got the reaver and your thrust styles are a bad joke, so only stay on bow.
I would go only on falcons eye and if there are points left, Aug Dex.
When you go for tear farm in 5 man grp, some stealth is also useful sometimes so i wouldnt skip this for the few points in thrust.

For equip: Since adamantine-price is below 1p i would get this and build a low price mp set around.

If you can use positional style, it means that you don't have aggro. So, you should use your bow.
But you need at least 18 thrust for detaunt.
