Which class would you choose to farm with and why?
I can see hundreds of necros, but do they even farm that well? Cabys could do gobos n sh*t, but these spots will be camped 24/7 i guess - so where will they make their money? Pala, Friar and Theurg could go to raids or slowpoke some DM mobs. /shrug

Caba [ ]
Necro [ ]
Friar [ ]
Pala [ ]
Theurg [ ]

What kind of farming?

If it is just salvage / seals to trinket to make a steady income then from the classes you have listed it would be: Friar

Energizer bunny, never needs to stop - perma endo and solid buffs and good (PvE) damage output, plus if you can get Dodger 3 on there then you can take on bigger mobs (for example do diamond seal stuff solo).

Plus make them a tailor and very cheaply craft up to high lvs and get high metalworking too.

They are also a good starting point for all sorts of duo's and overall a nice class concept imho.

My 2 cents

What kind? Well, make money out of everything.
So Friar is doing better than the others in your opinion?

Pally is very tough, but no buffs (except AF) and kills too slowly imho.

Theurgist can kill stuff, but power regen here is a topic of muchos debate and takes an age to regen (and theurg has no pom like sorcs do) so I would think a lot of downtime. Theurg will get big raids yes (like dragon but then I believe friar is also wanted for the heat resist etc).

Friar will have almost no downtime unless a fight goes badly.

I made a 50 RR5 friar during beta out of curiosity - with high lvs of dodger and some mastery of pain he was a machine pretty much, and that is with crappy DF weapons. With a proper staff he would have been even better.

RvR is a very different story however, but your question concerned farming
