I'm European, and I play only during evening hours. The co-founders were all random people who were kind enough to help me form the guild and I actually don't know the nationality of those 2 or 3 who chose to stay after helping out. This is a work in progress

I haven't been able to play much the past few days, but I'll log on tonight;
I'm generally playing between 9pm and midnight (up to 01-02 am on friday/saturday)
