as a Mdps(armsman) which should i be buying with my 1 rp at lvl 20? was hoping this would help a fraction when no pallys were around but LW1 isnt regaining anything while in combat..thanks

This is not even a contest. Long Wind by a mile. Tireless is borderline useless. After LW1 go for Det1 and Det2 followed by Purge, followed by Det3, Det4, Det5.
