We Play For Keeps and Release immediately come to mind.

No Alliance is going to be purely NA based on the general server makeup/population.

Yeah, along with We Play For Keeps, which are a bunch of pretty cool ppl (within that Guild). Release has a lot of EU and NA Guilds. However, we are full on Guilds right now. We will be making room soon, but we have other Guilds waiting to join.

Pay no attention to those two, they are jelly because, the guild is Great, and we get things done without them.

The question between the two really boils down to: Do you want to RVR or do you want to PVE?

Release commonly runs dragon raids (though be sure to ask if the leaders are claiming items before you attend, they frequently do). The Release alliance will leave you wanting for RVR though. Most of the more active RVR individuals and guilds have left the Release alliance for this reason. It's not anything bad per se, just a difference in goals within the game.

The We Play For Keeps alliance is more RVR focused. Both have their merits. The contact for We Play for Keeps alliance is Swage, he's online often.
