tool tip states ; your "buff" spells are 3% more effective per level.
does this work for Paladin chants ? as its available to them; if so - which ones - some sources say only resists, some say only the AF buff, so not really sure ? TLDR: 1- does it work 2- if so, which ones, and is it worth it? for heal/resist/af/blah blah ? |

have tested this now myself :p
works on : pally self AF buff, AF chant, doesnt work on: heal unsure: Damage Add (possibly - too low to tell on variance) also isnt worth the points  |
