i still want to change that, what is a fakt atm and uthgard is working good on it to make the wizard more useless then ever

increasing rupt chance, giving a cap for castspeed which i dont unterstand...why im putting points into augmented dexterity if it doesnt increase my castspeed anymore when buffed?

well since im the only wizard playing active atm i kinda take it personal...
taking away leg weapon proc, increasing rupt chance, cap castspeed and smash my trys to give nearsight to wizard for no real reason by haldan ****** me off... yes its a flame, but i have reasons

yes, 40% of the spell, that means 60% castspeed increase (FASTER CASTING) - 50% wrong.

But i dont think you can reach both on uthgard. 386 dex+10% castspeed is impossible

you never will get so much dex to get at cast speed when it's like this

on all other servers castspeed cap is at 1.00
