It's not a bypass. While sos is running you already are cc'ed with the exception that you can still move regardless of the cc. But you aren't able to cast spells/attack (which doesnt really matter on a det5 tank). And the thing with the useless CC was only meant for the duration of SOS. afterwars cc is as strong as it is.

But hedra is right. We dont know if it'll work properly here.

And with the broken rupt code it's questionable if alb groups will run with a minstrel just because there's a 30min RUT RA that's pretty strong. But i would like to see the revival of minstrels as grp chars as I played one on live loooong time ago where he performed pretty well
