First of all you are implying that screenshots from a character builder are black and white evidence, char builders are not thrustworthy evidence.
Second you clearly show screenshots from a character builder which is from the time when new RA's were in use (notice that there is RA tab and an RA(old) tab). Hence the stoicism in berserkers list of abilities.
And third even if what you were trying to show is true, how is that the other way around from "Lol no they didn't have stoicism with old ras, just determination." when you are trying to prove they had both with the old RA's?

The ability stoicism did not exist with old RA's, all tanks(hero, arms, war, bm, svg, zerker, merc) could spec det which was 75% value instead of 55% value in new RA's, it was also cheaper (22 points compared to 34).

The RA Planer can show old RAs as far as i know. But it shows the new Stuff too. Thats why you get Stoi in the Stats Screen.
