Hey Guys,

I'm new to Midgard and wanted to try it out on Uthgard. I was wanting to play a caster. I will be solo leveling for the most part so I will need a class that can level solo. As for PvP I will mainly be in small groups and 8v8 pugs maybe some solo, but rarely.

Which is better? Runemaster or Spiritmaster? Also, which spec should I focus on?

spiritmaster is easy to level pet specced and can do some solo and smallgrp darkness skilled. Runemaster is prefered in 8vs8 grps most of the time.

i got stuck trying to solo level runi. its very slow. best way is try to grind out in groups to 40 and then hit keeps, open df and build hulk groups. runi is ultimate hulk group master because of nearsight chainpulls. no spell compares for chainpulling these mobs.

Make an RM if you want to have groups at 50. SMs are just not as wanted.

What spec for leveling and pvp?

47 dark 26 supp at 50, level as dark imo.


all 3 specs can work though to be honest, though RC wont have livelike bolts.

Hello, I'm also new to Uthgard and Mid. Along the lines of the OP I'm considering casters. Warlock's weren't mentioned...how are they compared to Runemasters?
