1h sword+shield skill bc high as you can on a decent lvl u are able to charm arachnite priest (near spindel) which are 15-16 and heal for 80 HP

then u can also use 2h because of the oped healpet.

but to be honest, you dont want play a hunter :)

Had to laugh because of the pic.

50 BOW Spec is Fullkitehunter, but if u go MoS5 it's prolly a detection + voleeyaddbot ;-)

for leveling...

Bow is only needed if you are solo and dont have the healpet... so you can make some dmg while pulling.

Hunters in groups are underrated in my Opinion. I full Melee(cant speak for Sword, but Spear)-Hunter + Celerity will rock dmg output. At least, with the lvl39 backstyle (+Celerity) it's quite easy to get aggro off the maintank :P
I don't know, why hunters are rarely invited in groups.... on the other hand, a bow hunter really sucks in groups

As said, duo with shaman will work to.

At least for solo, get the arachnite priest, charmable with level 19/20. infinite health up to level40 mobs. The point is, you're only downtime is regging endu. In others words it's an endless, brainless, boring-as-hell grindsession. No difficult at all and works pretty well :D It's no Problem to get the healpet to raumarik or muspelheim. But it's only worth to time, if you plan to play for an hour or even longer.

Personally, i would stick at weapon/bc spec for leveling. The mainreason is, you weapon will nearly always hit the mob. Not these block-, parry-, evade-QQ you will face in rvr
