Skald stats

Hi there! Im trying to put together a decent solo skald template and was wondering what stat is less needed? Dex? Qui? Cha? Or should i instead skip some parry? Im not after the perfect temp fyi so just answer this and explain your opinion:-D

You can skip so Quickness for a damage boost. :P
