Hello,

I am playing a few characters at the moment, but mY wife would like to join the fun.

She would liek to run a Mage Class that is considered DPS. Historically speakign she has always played Top DPS Mage Classes and is what she would like to play on Daoc.

Now, Im not entirely sure what class I should play to compliment her choice =/

So far from what Ive been recommended,

Spirit Master: Suppression for PBAOE
and for me
Pac Healer..

Now ive actually never played either the SM, RM or Healer on Midgard before (in old Daoc or Uthgard) so Im really uncertain on how to spec for levling purposes and for random BG fun.


Could anyone make proper recommendation for the duo? AS I said, My wife is SET on a DPS Mage, so I am happy to play whatever best compliments that.

Any information in regards to Starting Class Stats, LVLing info about specs (up to 20 for free respec?) and anything generally useful so that we wont be useless at end game and not get raid groups etc.

sm and pac is a good combo. Either go pet SM for petpull leveling or supp if you want to join level groups. In either case the pac helps with pom, base buffs (dex on the pet boosts the melee absorb, don't ask me why but here it does), heal and mezz/stun.

For bg rvr the sm should have fun with supp spec, for endgame RvR i would advice the sm respecc to dark.

The best duo in the game imo is dark runemaster and pac healer!
