level 0 : initiate's bracelet

Hi,
is it 'as designed' to loot level 0 items with nothing in the info box, so nothing usefull ? or is this a bug ? Me! |

There are/were "jewelry" items that you can wear but are really just for vendoring on live. So I would say this is probably intended. Now if t was called Initiate's Bracelet (capital letters) then either the name might be a bug or it might be missing stats. Nezix - 50 Minstrel <The Band>
