I can't find that Arakane, looking into web archive I fond two locs(4726, 15603 and 7840, 14450) that Ive been checking for A LOT of time but didnt see that mob anywhere, any help?

This mob appears the first time at 2005 according to The side on Wayback Machine.
The quest itself existed 2002 though, so it should be in. Related Npcs says it too, so it must be somewhere.... This is the Mob despription from 2005. There it should be on the back side of the Nisse's Lair island in East Svealand. Edit: It has been moved to nisses lair. In 2002 it was in Myrkwood Forest Loc 4726, 15603.

ok, I found it away from any indication that are in web archive. Found it in a hill at LOC 11805, 23637, 5288
