I accidentally double posted so I will change this post for a second question that I am sure is down in this list somewhere. When is the Skald class expected to have Power Regen?

Skald never gets a Mana reg. He has health reg song, Damage Add, Speed and Resistance Song.

The pacification healer has the power reg in Midgard.

Wrong, they get it on live.

It was added to Skalds later on. Its not on Uthgard because this server is running "1.65".
