Two questions
From what I have read on the boards , only way to respec is a dragon stone , you can not buy a respec like on live ? My single level 20 respec , I didn't use at 20, can I still use? |

You cannot buy respecs from the trainer. If you don't use your level 20 respec before you hit 21 it's gone. You get another free one at 40 that you have to use before 41. After that it's all dragon stuff, so be careful with your points until dragon raids become more common.
