Where are you all?
Our alliance is particularly quiet except for Drachengarde and a few Legacy levellers. Is there anyone on around this time usually that can be relied on to participate in roaming / keep taking / trying to draw action out? Post in here if I'm totally wrong and ignorant of our existence. Midgard is hurting for RvRers at all times now it seems like. Especially late NA primetime. There's often only Arsenal and Team America with full (or close to it) guild groups. Usually one other rag tag PUG and that's it. The rag tag PUG will sometimes tag along with Arsenal to try to fight the Alb and Hib zergs, but it isn't enough. 10-16 people vs 24+ often times. We'd have a decent chance if Team America joined up with us more consistently.

I play across most time zones because of my job. We are indeed hurting on all hours for RVR, and usually it's due to a lack of key classes that are over abundant in other time zones.
From my observation, Mids are countering this with alt leveling. Seems counter intuitive from the first observation, however, once that new wave of alts hit 50 I think you will see more balanced groups across the board. The population is adjusting from having 1200 each realm online to 300 each realm online. When that number adjusts, some classes fall off the map. You may have 6 healers online for 3 groups but if you only have 1 skald online, nobody is going anywhere fast... you feel me? I know I am personally still leveling to 50 after a realm switch 4 months ago. I have my pac healer at 49 my sham at 47 and I'm also leveling my own armor crafting and SC so that I don't have to wait a week to find an SC online when I'm online. I should be out there to help soon, but my feelings are that this is what mid and possibly other realms are going through. |

From my perspective in alb, arsenal group quits after dying once. Team America is the only consistent group

Nah sometimes they don't give up. The perfect example is Flump & co. When you beat them, they disapear for 30+ minutes, and come back as 3fg minimum. It's a "taunt" yeah. But if he manage to put 3+ FG together when he is pi**ed because he can't win a 8v8, it means you are atleast with 3 fg potential. |

30 mins with no inc is sad

I mean... the population of the server has crept down to unhealthy levels. Its a chain effect. Soon you will get tired of running around and seeing no one too.

What class Midgard consistently lack during NA time ? Healer ? Zerk ?

Pac heals, slam tanks, skalds, all RMs.
Don't think there is a particular lack of zerks or shams. (Gotsome - Alb retired)

Not sure if this is the right place for this, but I'm looking to get back (or rather a fresh start) into the game again and see how things go. I've played the game off and on over the years but never really pushed into end game RVR and really want to get into it.
I'm looking to make a Troll Warrior, but I don't know anyone that plays the game at all and have no idea where to begin leveling. I started doing tasks, but the early game is so painful that I really want to group up and level with a static group or few players. Is there any group of people or guild looking for that character willing to group up and help someone (re)learn the game from the ground up? I can play mostly from about 4:30pm to 11:00pm EST (East Coast US) on weekdays. |
