Epic Quests Bonedancer.

Hi now it's been a while since I've made epic quests.. and would just ask you others im gonna use Bone carved Pin gem in
my template, do i have to make all the quests from lvl 5 and up before I can make it? or can you just make it it's a lvl 45 quest. because i tryed to talk with Danica in mularn and nothing happened.  Afskylia - Bonedancer

Yep, you need to do the whole epic questline to this step where you get this gem, no way to avoid the steps before.
