Havent played in a year but I was bored and interesred in coming back. Planning on making a Shaman. I was wondering if at this point theres even any groups to be had for leveling. Had a lot of fun when I last played leveling through the different dungeons and meeting new people but I think most of them have moved on. I know when I last played Mid they used to always advertise Summoners Hall leveling groups on weekends. That sounded great and all but then they refuse to invite any lowbies. I know this for fact because I tried for 2 months to bring alts to these so called leveling events only to end up spamming BG chat for 20 mins I was still LFG only to be ignored and then ended up just following the zerg around for an hour only to earn 0 exp.

Im not here begging for a PL and I just want people to be honest with me. I love the game and want to come back and play but not if Im gonna be forced to solo my way to 50 on a class made for grouping then. We all know the PvE part of this game sucks so I wanna get through it as fast as possible or at least have people to level with to pass the time.

Also wondering what a good guild would be to join.

Well I haven't had much problem with groups when I want them on various toons. For a shaman it is a definitely needed toon but only one per group. For that reason if I want to play my shaman sometimes there are no groups for me. When I'm on my healer I frequently get tells trying to recruit me as 2 healers are wanted per group. If you want to group I'd roll a healer. You'll also get groups on a shaman but you'll have to be more patient.

Lvling in mid as a meta class is fairly easy. But if you tend to solo go cave. If grps go Aug. If you go cave you're going to have an issue getting grps. If you go aug soloing is gunna be rough.

Ironically...pre 40 is going to be the issue getting grps. Also playing in low peak hours. The server peaks around noon-4pm EST time. My bro just hit 50 on his hunter and getting grps became much easier post 40.

I just came back myself. I have been leveling a runemaster without trouble finding groups to xp with. Not all good groups but Better than solo.
