Myself and my brother are considering coming to DAoC Uthgard, amongst some other games we are discussing. I was just curious as to if there are any current Australian (or Oceanic) guilds currently active.

Usually people are friendly and it's a multi-national comunity, so i think will be no problem socializing, even if no oceanic guilds are around. Welcome if u plan to join uthgard.

Yes I was. I have played mainly in NA guilds over recent games, however I do prefer an Australian/Oceanic guild just due to time zone issues.

Not as far as I know. Don't think I ever even met someone from over there in 2-3years of playing here.
