We got a server broadcast (for mids only?) yesterday close to midnight EU. After the server had been down for 10hours due to tecnical issues. and with 350 players online, 118 mids, and only 41 level 50s online from midgard, asking if anyone could gather a DR for testing sake.

Not to mention we were doing a BG attack on Alb relic when this was suggested by the devs. Maybe not the best time, server issues and super low online numbers taking into account

I sent it to all 3 realms as all 3 realms had enough level 50s to do it, if they were interested. I would not have sent it otherwise.

Both Albs and Mids complained about not enough people.

Hibs brought 32 (25 level 50s) - despite having the lowest overall population at the time. They put up a good fight.

Good paradox, not fair to ask some testing at this moment, but still fair to attempt a relic capture after 10 hours downtime.
Brave mids !

If you are quoting Kha's "not fair" , I think his post went over your head :-)

Yup, i was just highlighting the ironie in the post of wonshot.
However, english is not my language, maybe "fair" wasn't the right word.
Still, not aimed at devs/gms/abydos. The brave mids were my target here

I am leaving the new dragon online for Midgard after a successful test. Took them 2 attempts and 1 hr 10 minutes total to defeat with a pretty standard (non-huge zerg) battlegroup.

Hibbies said they're ready to dragonraid at a secret time and I will spawn the test dragon for them :)

Albs told me last night to try another time since "too few were online" now Im being told by Albs to try later because they want to RVR.

Conclusion: Albs hate dragon loot

Since when has warfare ever been fair? ;)

Also without diving too far into this derail of the topic, one could argue it takes less defenders than attacks for a relic raid. The server being down for several hours yesterday affected all three realms. And it was not a planed relic raid, just a result of no albs showing to protect their frontiers (as it has been past 2 weeks when mids have been attacking both hib and alb relic outerdoors)

The reason I mentioned the numbers in my first post was simply that it seemed abit odd to do a Dragon raid testing when we had so few people online at the server (350ish) but it all worked out thanks to the community and the devs so good job everyone, and thanks for fixing it.

Mid dragon is very much killable again. Thanks Abydos!

Full respec stones are now listed on the Market Explorer for just over 2P. I expect the price to come down over the next few days to ~ 1P. I sold them for 850G prior to the dragon going crazy.
