Another QOL change that made PVE live even crappier.

It could be that they are pushing other drops out of the tables from higher drop rates, I explained this some time ago here: viewtopic.php?p=441567#p441567 The only thing that can be done is more killing and in theory all statistics would even out to get as close to reality as possible, just like a logarithmic function will always near zero, but will never reach it. Some times I also have the feeling that suddenly there was a new drop, but looking at many of the drop rates, its below 1%, letstake a example of 0.8% drop rate and even if you killed the monster 100 times, there is only a 55% chance you would see that item drop. The live DB shows this item only dropping from Hamar, hence the change i guess.
