I completed the Skald Epic 2 at level 10 and received the belt. I'm level 24 and still haven't gotten a new quest from Guri. Should get Epic 3 at level 15 (Rise of the Vendo). I hope this quest line is implemented here because the non-armor pieces seem really hard to come by... the 15 Epic 3 quest gives a bracer and I still haven't gotten any bracers yet at 24.

Without having done any Epic quests myself,
as far as I know not all Epic quests are implemented yet.

I believe the very first few, and the last once are in for sure,
but the once in between are not.
