Hello everyone,

I just wanted to introduce myself, I live in BC Canada and am looking to join a guild on midgard i am new but a fast learner...I love to RvR and PvE so i am flexable,Im 36 years old Mature player just wanting to meet new people and enjoy a nice game of Daoc..

I hope there is a guild out there that would like to welcome a new player into there family and it would be a honor to be apart of that guild..

I have started 2 characters

Level 6 Savage (kardocia) --- H2H & Savage --- Main

Level 7 Spiritmaster (Olirien) --- Pet spec for leveling i think --- Alt

Anyhow i look forward to hearing from anyone you can message me in game with one of the characters above or post here

Kindly Regards,

Dwight

Just figured i would come on and see what kinda responces i get and i got none i ask why is this...

1) Am i to low level to be in a guild...

2) No one wants new players in there guild...

3) There are not many guilds on Midgard...

4) Not everyone reads the forums...

I honestly don't know i figure it be nice to see new players comming to Daoc (Uthgard) But i didn't realize it would be this hard to join a guild...

I'm thinking should i change Realms where theres more population. no i'm not going to do that...

Ok well... You all know my in game names on first post if you want a nice kind caring indavidual that takes pride in what he does and supports his family (Guild name goes here) let me know...

it isnt hard to join a guild, just stay on lvling and u will find friends wich likes to play with u. then they will think about a invite in his guilds.

if i like to change the realm, the problem will not changed i guess.

Yea i guess i like enjoying play time with friends and guild members makes the game so much more enjoyable, then walking around with no guild tag over my head, but thats ok, i enjoy roleplay too so its ok...

all in due time i guess..

Hey i'm from BC as well and a few friends of mine are and we all play on mid what lvl are you now my main is 30 atm helping the other 3 catch up but you should send me a tell in game (acymos) or respond back on here were not in a guild right now just the start up guild but once we get closer to 50 hope to join a decent rvr guild and show our skills we have experience in the game in some hardcore mid underdog rvr so it should be fun.

Im in BC too

got a skald and SM lvl 40ish both

my SM is guildless and my skald is in an always dead guild:)

i think for PST players its a little hard to play in midgard because a lot of americans seem to play in hib/alb

i know my alb guild is always full of activity, whereas in mid chat i always hear foreign languages and most people are from europe it seems

so my point is it's time difference issue:)

i notice that whenver i logon midgard if blooming and has DF and most of the BG keeps whereas in the midday, it's always hib/alb and no one is in mid, so i usually log on to farm some stuff solo:)

Lol, most of us just chill in the starter guild, it's much easier to find leveling buddies. I've met a few american players like my self, but mostly euro. Trying to recruit more buds to play this game =D. Acymos is nub, start leveling up again, I can't even send you because you're never in game.

I live in Alberta I don't invite to my guild because I am the only one on for the last 2 months.
And prior to that the other GM was on 1-3 times a week for a few months.
Anyone at any lvl from anywhere is welcome to join.
Just do a /who Asgard (Asgard Vorn) or /who mini and ask for invite.
I personally have every trade able to make highest lvl gear. except for fletcher.

Heya Mineral,

I think that most the time the forums move along a bit slowly so they may not be checked daily. Infamous is a guild that is RvR focused but mainly we're about having good people and playing fair.

We've got a few members from Canada. We're still a "growing" guild but we're very consistant and I wouldn't call us brand new at all.

Look up Snotty or just /who snott in general.

We'll talk and see how it goes.

I'd like to suggest that when starting out Mularn Protectors is not a bad choice if you've been gone from DAoC for awhile. I cannot believe how much I've forgotten about the game, and there are always plenty of guildies online that have helpful answers. If you join a custom guild it is unlikely you will find that level of support. I'm putting off my guild search until I've had some frontiers RvR and know the lay of the server better.

Something to consider.

People don't like to invite lvl below 25-30 because they haven't proven they really want to play the game in the future. Many people roll chars and then leave at level 15 or so. Just keep leveling and you will be recruited.
