is it bugged or not working im trying to redo my 30 starting points cause when i made my char i didnt do it and they putted my points in strenght and dex ...

It isnt available on uthgard. 'Adjusting Attributes' later on was introduced with some higher patchlevels, so it's just a mindless button, because we are playing with a higher clientversion.
Maybe there are respec-stones to change your attributes, but dont know. |

You can do dragon raids to get a stone to do so.

you can get a respec stone to respec your 30 starting points that you select when you create your character? what's the name of that stone??  |

compends, check consigment merchant house 1707 got 1 if i remember right.
Price is normally 7 to 8 p, but if u are lucky there are also discounters who sell for 2p. Anyway these stones are a lot more rare than ra or exerpise stones. |
