Hunter Bow Combat Styles?

Hey, I'm new to Midgard and Uthgard and am trying out Hunter. I noticed in the Character Planner that there are many Bow styles. However, I do not see any bow styles at all on my hunter. He is level 10, and has 9 in Composite Bow.

Does this version of DAOC not have bow styles?

not really styles as abilities you toggle on and off.

I don't have a bow category at all. I have spear and beast. Archery/Bow isn't listed. Is that normal?

Uthgard uses the old system, not the new one.

We use the original archery system here. You have Composite Bow spec line as a Hunter. You will get a new crit shot every 3 levels up to level 27. At 35 you will get Rapid Fire, Volley. Its really not at all like the new archery system imo.

I don't have a Composite Bow specline. I have my critshots under the ABILITIES tab in my character panel, and i suppose i'll get rapid, volley, and evt penetration shot in that tab too... The same way melee classes have their protect / guard there.
