Shaman and +aug in template?

if I would to spec 46 aug and then have +4 at rr5 I would have 50 in total for bases to cap. HOWEVER so much stuff is different on Uthgard so I figure I would ask here. Is there any point in having +aug in your template if you spec as high as 46 aug?

No you don't need to put +aug in your temp.
It's only for base buffs and only up to composite 50
Uthgard till 2003!
