Perforate Artery & Mastery of Pain Question

I now have Mop3 and have noticed all of my moves critting more frequently except Perforate Artery. This does not make sense to me as PA can crit. Is this something known to be true? I have searched all over and can't find any information.

When I am finished with Wilton I will do a large sample size test if no one has any information for me. For now I have noticed all non PAs to crit roughly 22% of the time but Ive only had one crit in the last 39 PAs.

Any information regarding MoP on PA would be much appreciated. Thank you.

there is no difference between PA and other skills regarding MOP.
