Howdie !

Im completly new to Midgard in DAoC.. and now im asking you what i should play on Uthgard 2.0

Im not that RvR orientated... ok sometimes it could be fun but most id like to Craft... craft.. craft
and between farm some Gold for doing this :))

So what i need is a Char i could play
- solo: for farming stuff
- group: for farming more and higher stuff ( as a supporter )

Is there any class who would fit to this description ?

i think about sth like a kobold cave shamy ?

I dont know anything about the patch 1.65 what is good what nerfed etc.
in Albion the Necro and Kabba is like a PvE-Machine.. really good in making / farming money.

its my first Char and i wanna make some good Money with it to manage all the needed gold for crafting.
thats the first priority.. after that.. i would probably think about RvR.
And ill think i would do another char for RvR.. so the char dont have to be RvR-able :)

Im looking forward to all your comments

If you want to farm events (like dragon, legion or the SI dungeons) a shaman is quite a good choice, as the class is always needed. But cave will not be needed in grps (neither pve nor pvp), i would go for a fullbuff rest heal shaman if you are interested in pve (encounter farm grps) in the first place, and if you want to rvr, you still can with the fullbuff spec.
And fullbuff will be a rare spec, without shear and shell the normal pvp shaman specc will be insta disease, so you will have a quie unique argument to invite you for pve raids.

Or a pom 5 pac healer or a red celerity aug healer... quite the same as the shaman. The red celerity aug healer maybe the most "normal" spec for rvr.

For solo farming money a supporter suxx, maybe a pet sm might be good choice.

Agree with holsten. Pet sm would be best for solofarming cash, but won't be needed for bossmob raids. Support characters can't rly farm solo.

Imho your best choice would be to roll a warrior. You can farm solo pretty decently and you are needed to farm bossmobs. Also the warrior template is pretty cheap (if you only cap stuff while shield equipped).
