Hi guys,

I have a question (With some sub-questions) about the Berserker and how you should spec it...

In that Patch the Berserker can gain Prevent Flight (14Point) as Realm Ability, that give 35% chance of hinder the Target if he's running (Pretty much always couting the double hit from Left Axe and a decent Attack Speed, that for Midgard is easy to get)...

So my question is, is worth going Hammer for the Back-Snare?

I mean, does going Axe increase your DPS? (I don't know, slower Weapon, or bonus damage in some sorth)

I don't like hybrid specs, so don't speak about them...

My question is purely that: If I don't go Hammer and spec Prevent Flight, does my DPS will be higher with Axe? Or I should simply go Hammer and don't spec Prevent Flight?

It is nice to not have to rely on RNG (Prevent flight) and have a guaranteed snare. You might want to go this spec and get both:

39 Axe/Sword 39 Hammer 50 Left Axe left over points into Parry.

Gives you two damage types so you can be at neutral/positive versus all armor types. Get your side/rear snares.

If you have Prevent Flight then slash would do more damage, since you can do the backchain freely while they are still snared, and it is generally better vs most targets you will be fighting compared to crush.

With hammer you will have to use conquer; a relatively low damage style.
