I'm pretty sure it's just vests in Midgard. Unless this server has dragonslayer quests, which I doubt.

The one in Gotar is Poorly Woven Vest and drops from Hobgoblin Prowlers

I found some lvl 15 robes. cant remember when. I also got Albion cloth sleeves in Gna around level 10. I kept em for shizls :D
