As I run around on my skald, I often run into situations were I see a stealther for a split second. Sometimes they jump me, other times they dont.

Is there any charge or item in Mid that has a insta pboe? even if the dmg is terrible? just something to pop these guys out of stealth.

I didn't see any RA's for skald, but I know other melees can get a short range pbaoe root.

It does drop, just like Gress the Lecherous drops.

It is not even on midgard side and is available to Hib and Alb too
