balance shaman / healer

I just returned to DAoC and made myself a shaman like I usually do. But I have a harder time finding groups now then I remember and last night we were 3 shamans in the group and we had one healer for a short time.
How is the balance between healers and shamans here? would a aug healer be more attractive for groups? |
