Hello everyone,

I am a returning player to Uthgard who formerly played Albion. Upon comming back I would love to switch to Midgard as it was my home realm during the classic days of original daoc. I enjoy all the midgard classes, but i am unfamiliar with the current meta for midgard. I would like to eventually join a guild and do some rvr and I want to make sure i am not excommunicated for picking a non-meta class. I was hoping to play an aug healer, warrior, or berserker. How is the current state of Midgard on Uthgard, where would i best fit in? Thank you ahead of time, I appreciate any input.

All three of those classes are solid.

Start your realm transfer now if you don't want to delete your old characters because it takes a week even if you've been gone for 6 months (this needs changing).

I recommend joining a bigger Guild like Legacy, that way you can get access to a guild house to Port around, people to group you and help you level, and even people willing to assist with getting you geared.

Ah that's great thank you. I'm on NA EST time zone here in Florida and play mostly during the day, sometimes at night. I would love to meet some people who play during that time. Ugh, you are right, I started my transfer request yesterday and it says it won't be complete until 3/14. Just here waiting patiently, hope to see Midgard soon!
